Shipping & DeliverY

We take pride in our products and our customer service. Orders placed after 5:00 pm PST daily will be processed on the following day.  All orders leave our facility by 6:00pm PST Monday - Saturday. Orders places on Sunday are generally leave our facility on the following Monday. To estimate your tax and shipping costs, please refer to your Shopping Cart.
 

Delivery TImes

We use multiple shipping vendors. Deliveries to BUSINESSES typically occur between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and deliveries to RESIDENCES occur between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. Please email store@thenakednut.com or call our shop at 1.559.697.6561, with any comments, questions, or concerns.
 

Returns

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped. If any product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives and the defective items will be corrected by our team and at their best discretion. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

The Naked Nut does not accept returned products, no matter if in uneaten condition.

The Naked Nut is also not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages or packages damaged by the elements after delivery. If a returned package needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge will apply.
